Join us as Atlanta’s favorite restaurants prepare a wide selection of mouthwatering meatball dishes in this “battle of the balls” competition under the big top tents on Sunday, September 14 from 2-6pm in Sandy Springs at the Belle Isle Square parking lot next to Cibo E Beve. Produced by TasteATL and hosted by Cibo Chef Linda Harrell, the event will benefit the nonprofit, Open Hand .
There are also some serious bragging rights up for grabs. As a true “battle of the balls” challenge, each dish will be voted on by judges and attendees to see who has Atlanta’s mightiest meatball.
In addition to the wide selection of meatball dishes, this San Gennaro-type festival will spice things up with wine, beer and limoncello tastings along with an “on the ball” silent auction featuring amazing gifts and experiences to benefit Open Hand. To get the ball rolling, Convoy , Atlanta’s hometown Classic Country and Southern Rock Tribute will be in the house!
