Boxerstock, A full day of Music and Dogs is happening This Sunday 12-6-Marietta

Boxerstock offers you an entire day of
live music from top local performers and nationally known artists, including 2014 American Idol star, Jessica Meuse! Musicians from a variety of genres are on the bill, so there’s something for everyone.

Comedienne Shelly Ryan
will emcee and keep the audience entertained between acts.
 
This year our Kids' Village is packed with fun things to do, plus Human Hamster Balls - Come walk on water!!
 

Kids' Stage with kid-friendly entertainment, including some of Atlanta's top up-and-coming young artists! Kid will enjoy:-Inflatables
-Water Walkers

-Kids' Art Contest
-Scooby Doo and K-9 Kids



Four-legged family members are welcome too! Well-behaved dogs of all breeds are welcome
on-leash or for some friendly play in our off-leash dog park.

-"Ask The Vet" Q & A Booth staffed by the veterinarians at Paces Ferry Veterinary Clinic
-"Ask The Pros" Training Q & A Booth staffed by the trainers at K-9 Coach
-Canine agility and obedience demonstrations
-Canine Disc Dogs - Frisbee demos!
-Dog costume contest with prizes for Most Humorous, Most Creative and Scariest Dog.
-Rescue Row - many adoptable dogs and cats!
-Microchipping will be available for $25 per dog. (Bring proof of ownership and vaccination records.)

Historic Oakland Foundation is proud to present the 34th annual Sunday in the Park from 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 6. The Victorian street festival began in 1979 and offers fun, food, and entertainment for all ages.

Enjoy a memorable afternoon of delicious food from Six Feet Under, The Varsity, Pallookaville and more. There will be a variety of live musical entertainment, an artists’ market, living history demonstrations, storytellers, Irish dancers and much, much more.

Don’t miss your opportunity to enter some of the magnificent mausoleums! Guests are encouraged to participate in the Victorian costume contest and photography contest. Carriage tours and free walking tours will be offered. Oakland’s traditional Teddy Bear Tea will be held in the children’s area. The Bubbleman will be on hand in the kids’ area, too!

The suggested donation is $5 per person. Admission for children 3 and under is free. Parking: $5.
