WHAT: This fun event will include a variety of health and wellness agencies, fitness routines, and so much more fun for the whole family.
Yes, come to the park, eat some ice cream, BUT also prepare yourself for lots of laughter, break a sweat with the fitness activies, receive information from the participating health/wellness agencies of our community and have a great time.
There will also be Community Agencies providing free health screenings and resourceful information.
Be sure to stop by Jackie's Ice Cream and try her mouth watering banana pudding ice cream! I live for the spoonfuls of her ice cream! Trust me you will too! She also has other tasty flavors, the banana pudding just happens to be MY favorite. YUM!!
COST: FREE entry – just patronize the vendors as you go
