Big Apple Circus returns in February-Atlanta

Big Apple Circus, which made Atlanta a tour stop for many years but hasn’t been to the city since 2010, plans to return in February (1-18th) with “Legendarium,” a loose tribute to the roots of circus performance in 19th-century Gotham, at Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre at Encore Park in Alpharetta.

Celebrating its 35th year, BAC is a throwback troupe specializing in an intimate one-ring experience that revels in the artistry of performance — including acrobatics, clowning and juggling — with no seat more than 50 feet from the performers!

BAC doesn’t boast the sorts of big animals presented by other big named circuses, but rather preferring to present horse and dog stars. BAC continues to be committed to presenting the finest classical circus in America, featuring all fellow creatures with whom we have a working relationship. BAC never has, nor ever will, condone any form of animal abuse whatsoever.

Big Apple Circus is #where2go
