Atlanta Pet Rescue & Adoption is having their day, today in Centennial Olympic Park! Paws in the Park 2012 will be the second annual charity dog walk benefiting APRA. A non-profit, 
volunteer-based, no-kill shelter dedicated to rescuing and 
rehabilitating dogs and cats, APRA help pets to be adopted into safe and loving
 forever homes. Paws in the Park is a full day of activities for you, your dog and the 
whole family. There will be demonstrations that include K-9 nose 
work, sheep herding, Police Dog Work and agility training. Various rescue groups 
will attend and have available dogs and cats for adoption and to help educate and inform the public on
 animal related issues. There will be great shopping with a wide 
variety of vendors and sponsors offering products for 
you to check out. Don’t forget the kids’ area, there will be all sorts 
of family friendly activities sure to get your family out of the house 
and having a wonderful time! Paws in the Park is sure to be a great day
 that for the whole family.
