East Atlanta Strut is happening Sept 21st 10-9p Atlanta

East Atlanta Strut Music and Arts Festival 2013


WHEN
Saturday September 21st, 10:00am – 9:00pm

WHERE
East Atlanta Village, Atlanta, GA

WHAT
The 16th annual, FREE one day extravaganza. Attractions include 5 stages of Live Local Music, Comedy Stage, Artists Market, the FAMOUS Strut Parade, Free Kids Village, Carnival Stalls, Community Booths, Food and Beverages.

The Strut is planned, organized and staffed solely with volunteers

WHY
To promote the East Atlanta Neighborhood and its businesses.

THINGS TO REMEMBER
Leave the car at home. Parking will be limited to neighborhood side streets. Take public transportation where possible.


Due to permit restrictions cylcles are NOT permitted within the Strut Footprint.


The Strut will be providing a free manned cycle corral in partnership with Wesley International Academy PTA. The corral is located opposite the Midway Patio on Flat Shoals Ave. 


Entry is via the Flat Shoals/May Ave or Stokeswood security barriers.

Due to permit restrictions only service dogs are permitted within the Strut Footprint.


Alcoholic beverages will only be served to attendees over the age of 21 with a VALID photo ID, Please drink responsibly!

18th Annual East Cobb is happening September 21 10-3p-Cobb

 18th Annual East Cobber Parade & Festival





This fall, East Cobb will once again welcome the hometown tradition of a community parade and festival when the 18th Annual EAST COBBER Parade & Festival presented by WellStar, takes place. 


The EAST COBBER Parade features floats and high school marching bands as well as a cornucopia of East Cobb groups and will be followed by the festival featuring local entertainment, carnival games and plenty of good food.

The Parade travels one mile south from Princeton Lakes Drive to Fountains of Olde Towne Shopping Center, 736 Johnson Ferry Road. 

Young East Cobbers will have lots to do in the Kids Zone like getting their faces painted, playing carnival games or hopping on a moonwalk. Festival goers can enjoy food from East Cobb restaurants and civic clubs while listening to some great local entertainment.
